    I have found a registry key right under the root of
    HKLM on an Exchange 5.5 server. It looks like this:

    Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    Value: FullLogging:REG_SZ:No

    I have seen values placed directly under the root in Win95 but never in NT.
    Does anyone know if this is an NT || Exchange setting ? Or any other app ?
