I am unfamiliar with Gauntlet, but do run FW1 on NT. When running a firewall
on NT, a stealth rule and well hardened host are very important. Make sure
you follow a good guide on hardening NT, and apply all of the appropriate
security patches.
If all you are going to do is run NT and the firewall, I think your hard
drive space may a bit overkill.

Subject: Gauntlet in Hard DMZ Zone
I am considering setting up a Hard DMZ using Gauntlet 5.5 running on NT
4.0 SP6a. Does anyone have any issues they would like to share in
regards to this setup. The box will have 3 - Dual Port Intel Nics, Dual
Pentium III 866 w/1 Gig RAM, and five 18 gig HD in Raid 5 config.
Thanks.
