Disabling all the tabs is one option. Note that this prevents users from
emptying the browser cache (Temporary Internet Files.) Not a fun discovery for
Big Boss or Dean Wermer after she checks Hotmail from a public kiosk. Also,
users may need to adjust Accessibility or Language settings from the General
tab.

The Internet Explorer Administration Kit provides tools and info on many more
of these settings. IEAK and these settings are specific to IE versions (4.x -
5.x.)
