In my personal experience.. I would install the service pack first.. because
I have previously installed hotfixes first and then an upgrade of the
service pack at a later date has removed some of those hotfixes.
http://www.cisecurity.org <http://www.cisecurity.org/> . Is a good website
to visit to download a program called Patchwork , it is a small program that
will scan your system and let you know what hotfixes need to be applied and
where to download them. Also don't apologize for your English half of us
come from English writing / speaking countries and we still suck :-)
Hope this helps.
