Have you ever tested this?
When I try to shutdown a remote machine with an unsaved Winword document,
the shutdown hangs indefinitely when using the command
shutdown \\remotepc /r /y
It does not hang when using the command
shutdown \\remotepc /r /y /c
but this does not save the new document
