Hello readers!

It has been pointed out by a listmember that messages are occasionally
going out without subject line entries. I've been pretty lax about this,
but honestly how hard is it to add a descriptive subject line to a post?
I'd like to be able to reply to everyone who posts without a subject,
asking them to repost with one, but I don't have the time to babysit like
that so this administrivia will have to suffice. If the poster can't be
bothered to put a subject line in the message, clearly they are not that
concerned about whether or not it goes out :)
