you could also stick zone alarm (www.zonelabs.com) on there to provide a
better interface, better logging and outbound security...... for free.
my thoughts.

Subject: ACL on a Windows NT DNS Server
Importance: High
Hello to all:
I have a WNT 4.0 DNS server and I would like to use the network security
option on the NIC Adapter
Since the machine unique goal is to handle DNS traffic I configure the
following:
On TCP Field Permit Only TCP 53
On UDP Field Permit Only UDP 53
On IP Field Permit All
Does anyone have already try this on a NT ??? Is this the correct way to
do it ???
Does anyone have already try an another OS ??? even the purpose of the
server isn't to provide DNS service but have a specific goal.
I would like to know if this a common among DNS administrators
I appreciate your feedback
