Marcus,
This error is related to IIS not being able to register it's NETBIOS-name on
the network. It always tries to register a NETBIOS-group called
"inet-services" for discovery by any admintools out there.
If everything else it working you can safely ignore this message. I don't
know of a way to NOT get it in the logs though...

Subject: Event ID 105
One of my win2k servers event log keeps reporting the following event, since
i disabled NetBIOS support...
I guess I could re-enable NetBIOS, but that's not the solution i'm looking
for...
Either a workaround that won't display the event, or prefably, a long-term
solution. =)

These error messages appear in the event log if there is a network adapter
in the computer but the network cable is not plugged in, or if the network
is unavailable. The error messages occur every time you start the computer
until the network becomes available (or you plug in the network cable).

I know that this isn't a hardware/network issue.

Remove, and then reinstall the NetBIOS Interface network service. To do

Wrong IIS version there, and once again, a bad solution...
Any information/feedback good... =)
