I have a couple questions for the list. The first deals with internal
auditing and the second is for alerting purposes.

We are currently using exchange 5.5 sp4 on NT 4.0 sp6.

1. Is there a way to log all of the email that enters and leaves the
company? We are required to be able to view all this email. The only
solution that I have been able to come up with is to forward everything to
another mailbox but there are size issues with this solution. The other
problem is that I don't see how this would work for outgoing email. I
should add that we are not a large company and do not intend to ever have
more than 100 or so employees. I have heard of another custom solution to
this problem that involves a CD stacker-burner and auto saving software. I
think they are still trying to work the bugs out of it. I am hoping to find
a solution that is as automated as possible.

2. The second question I have is about forwarding email to outside accounts.
I want to forward all alerts from the company to my pager but can't figure
out a way to setup the server to forward the email to an external account.
It seems to only let me forward the email to internal accounts.
