Microsoft has recently shipped Frontpage Server Extensions 2002 and
SharePoint Team Services (not to be confused with SharePoint Portal
Server). Most of the lockdown guidelines for SharePoint Team Services can
be applied to FPSE2002. This documentation is available at
    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/TechNet/prodtechnol/sharepnt/maintain/security/stssecur.asp.
I think this will help you a bunch.

    Good luck,
    Tom
