Your browser allows you to examine a cookie.

But don't forget that a cookie is just a peace of data, that can have your
username and email, or just a session id, or still be encrypted.

So if you're looking for some software that changes any information within
a cookie, don't bother. The cookie is only meaningfull to the application on
the server (and can be encrypted).

There are however other tools that examine the cookies stored on your
computer and recognize some of the intrusive ones (for marketing purposes, etc).
If you're interested in removing adware and such, see
http://www.cexx.org/adware.htm. But for most cookies there's only one
    solution: reverse engineering it...

The trouble with computers is that they do what you tell them, not what you want. -- D. Cohen
