    Hi Everyone,

I want to implement Terminal Services on a Win2000 Advanced Server to allow
salesmen to remotely connect to the server in order to retrieve and edit
certain information (Act! Database, Word, Excel documents, etc.) I need
very tight security but I am fairly new to Terminal Services. Here are a
    few questions I have:

    1. Can I restrict access to certain drives (particularly C:) so that a user
may not interact with that drive?
    2. Can I take icons such as My Computer, My Network Places from the desktop
as well as options such as "Run..." from the Start menu?
    3. I don't want any user to be capable of accessing or deleting/editing
administrative tools, critical system files, etc.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Thank-you,
