I am not quite clear on this. Do you mean that it won't bring up the logoff
option or that you click the logoff option and nothing happens? What about
the (gasp) reboot option? If it automatically logs in, then check the
registry under HKLM/Software/Microsoft/WindowsNT/CurrentVersion/WinLogon and
see if there is an AutoAdminLogon string value set. If so, remove it.

Subject: Can't log off administrator account
Hello beautiful people!
I am having a problem with a Windows 2000 Server box. We can't
seem to log off the administrator account.
At first I thought it might have been defined in the "Domain Security
Policy" or "Domain Controller Security Policy" but I didn't seem to
find anything in either of those that would have any bearing on
wheather the Administrator account can log off or not. We have
this box setup as a Domain Controller and acts as a File Server
and Print Server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
