    Hey all,

    Thanks for all the input, I tried several of the ideas suggested to me,
    but one person had suggested that the problem might be an internal user
    using kazaa or similar utility. Sure enough I tracked down a user whose PC
    had kazaa running on it, and that seems to be the culprit. I also set up
    the firewall to (hopefully) block kazaa stuff there as well.
