    From one of your pdc or bdc, start the user manager for domain tool

    User manager-->User menu--->Select Domain

    Just enter the station name \\worksation

    and you will be given the local groups for that station, double click the administrator account and add the user from your domain that you want to have administrator privilege on the worksation locally.

    Of course when you do that the worksation must be on the network. You can also add a domain goup to the local administrator account, like domain user or whatever you want
