Just out of curiousity...
The OP hasn't given a whole lot of information about
his network setup. That being the case, why are you
recommending something that could potentially have
detrimental effects on his network, w/o even bothering
to inform him of the potential risks? All you said
was, "you may not be able to connect to AD"...well,
might that not be important?
