I installed the latest patches (MS02-013/14/15/16/17) for my Windows 2000
system a few days ago; that is, scripted and qchain.exe afterwards. After I
had run the script I ran hfnetchk.exe to check for any hotfixes missing and
found the following:

Warning MS02-008 Q318203
File C:\WINNT\system32\msxml3.dll has a file version that is greater than
what is expected.

Looking at the version mentioned in the mssecure.xml it should be
8.20.9307.0, the version residing in my System32 folder is 8.20.9415.0. I
checked the version provided by the file Q318203_MSXML30_x86.exe and it is
the same as the version on my system.

Anyone has seen the same thing? It seems to be a version error in the XML
file, just want to be sure.. The version of the mssecure.xml is 1.0.1.245
dated 4/4/2002.
