If I'm not mistaken, you'll only be able to get this info using your MMC for the domain you're logged into.
Assuming you're not using any third party network management software, you should be able to use Terminal services or Remote desktops to log into the system in the other domain and retrieve the information you need.

    Subject: Remote perf counter access

I'm posting this here because I believe the crux of the problems I am
running into deals with domain security issues. Please excuse the post
if the content is inappropriate for this list :-)

My question is this. Using an account/password combo which exists on a
target Windows NT/2000 server in another domain from the system I am on,
I'd like to remotely be able to connect from my system to the target and
retrieve perforamance counter information. Currently it seems I can only
get this information from systems in the same domain as the one I am
trying to retrieve it from. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

    Thanks,

    -Noah
