You can get a good feel for what knowledge home and small business users are
most often lacking by pointing your news reader or www.google.com/groups to
the Microsoft.public security newsgroups:

Microsoft.public.inetserver.iis.security
Microsoft.public.security.virus
FAQs from these newsgroups are collected here:

If the answers given there don't suit your needs or aren't to your liking,
at least those two things will give you a feel for what people are most
frequently asking and doing about security. Browsing the Securityfocus
mailing list archives might be useful as well.
