Alberto,

  I agree with Dariel Cruz; you need to get rid of that Windows 2000 Domain
Controller. If I recall correctly, it is not even support by Microsoft
anymore.

  I have been virtualizing all my DC's lately. I deploy two Domain
Controllers at each site, and because none of my clients are large enough to
really warrant the need to segregate DC/GC/DNS/DHCP roles, I generally place
all three roles (plus CG) on every DC even if I'm only placing a single
physical server at that site. Otherwise, I place my DC VM's on separate
physical virtualization servers for redundancy and configure the DC's to
start first on boot of the virtualization server.

  In regards to placing your RAS and TS/RDS roles on DCs, I agree with both
Mathew and Dariel; it's a bad practice. Deploy a new VM to handle those
roles.
