*sigh* I feel like a tool replying to my own email. But, seeing Bennett
Todd's nice list, I remembered that Wei Dai has already implemented
practically every algorithm in his Crypto++ library, including Rijndael.
His license might be far more agreeable than OpenSSL's license to your
application.
