    Uhhh... Huh?

Tripwire v2.3.1 - distributed under the General Public License
                                     README
                                 March 3, 2001

There is a more jazzed up, commercial version of Tripwire (the main
feature being a networked architecture), but this version is open
source and GNU'ed. (Yes, this version is aimed at Linux and FreeBSD,
but it's GNU'ed if someone wants to port to Solaris, they can,
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tripwire) It is and always will be
free. And there is always the old academic source release.
