Um... unless I'm being a total blockhead on this one I think he's
referring to the sort of FTP that is not active and is generally more
easily allowed through a firewall... in otherwords one that doesn't open
up a new port for each stupid FTP transaction (like LS for example...).
Active FTP is just crap.
