Start -> Run -> "mmc" [enter] -> "Add/Remove Snap-In" -> Add Certificate
Services for local computer -> Find Your Cert -> Export it.

OR

In IIS you can backup your key I believe, but I don't recall :-P Look in
"Directory Security" and you'll see key info.
