I've uploaded beta 11 to the Hiverworld CVS server and the clark.net web
server for everyone's perusal. This version has the new and improved
output plugins, as well as some tweaks to the minfrag preprocessor, and
exciting new comments within major sections of the code
(ooooOOOOOHHHhhhhhhhh.....)
