Hello,

I am getting the following errors after install Bastille. Just to let
you know that I only receive this error on a single ip.
Warning: fsockopen(): php_hostconnect: connect failed in
/www/htdocs/acid/acid_net.inc on line 262

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to 192.149.xxx.xxx:43 in
/www/htdocs/acid/acid_net.inc on line 262
Connection refused (111)

After checking the permissions everything still looks correct.
