Bryan,

Two things.

First, you're going to have to change all occurrances of:
    #include <stdint.h>
into
    #ifdef HAVE_STDINT_H
    #include <stdint.h>
    #endif
(this has already been fixed in the post-2.1.0 code).

And second, try using "gmake" instead of "make".
