        The command line option '-A fast' will override your 'output database
...' configuration in snort.conf.
        You should remove this option.
        Edit /etc/sysconfig/snort and replace:
        ALERTMODE=fast
        to
        ALERTMODE=
        Also replace:
        BINARY_LOG=1
        to
        BINARY_LOG=0
