The mwm.c and mwm.h files are the main wu-manber files, they reference
the bitoph.h file, and you can see example usage of calling these
functions in mpse.c.

i want to test the performance of the modified Wu-Manber algorithm which
was implemented in snort. Therefore i want to extract the pure Wu-Manber
code from the snort-sources.
Do anybody know where (in the snort sources) to find the pure Wu-Manber
function, and how to use it?
I have find some relevant functions in mwm.c, but i don´t have the
adequate knowledge of multipatern-search-algorithms to understand what
is going on there.
