[Snort-users] Snort box specs

Hi All,

Is there any recommendations on specs per sensor for snort?
For example. One snort instance and one by2 instance listening on say;
10/100 or 100/1000Mbps interface..

CPU
RAM
HDD

And how much more on top of that would I bump it up with a backend database
on the same box?
