            Actually, movie and song titles cannot be copyrighted. In fact,
    names, short phrases, ideas, blank forms and titles are more the arena of
    trademark than copyright. With that in mind, I don't see how the Digital
    Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) has any bearing to such a matter.
