Have you actually READ the paper? It doesn't discuss TCO, it discussed
TC0. Note the zero instead of the "oh". It compares Windows to Linux in
terms of how easy it is to "0wn" a system (meaning to hack it), not how
cheap it is to "own" a system (in terms of ownership).
With that said, go back and re-read the paper, keeping in mind that it
discussing "0wnage" :)
