The Rainbow Series has been replaced by the ITSEC Common Criteria - things
like C2, A1, etc. no longer have any meaning (some question if they ever
did).
Check the new source of information out at this site -
http://www.radium.ncsc.mil/tpep/library/ccitse/
The Common Criteria, v 2.1 is the current release.

Ok, here are the rainbow books:
http://www.radium.ncsc.mil/tpep/library/rainbow/
(The Orange Book, the ratings book, is 5200.28-STD)
You used to be able to get them, but the NSA has ceased that to my
knowledge. (If this is not the case, PLEASE let me know how it is done
so I can get my own NSA copy).
Some A1 systems:
http://www.geminisecure.com/hpage2.html
er.. scratch that, that was the only system that I was able to find that
was A1. As pointed out, A1 is tough, because you need to PROVE
(mathematically me thinks) the security of the system. Read the orange
book.
