For the parties interested, when I get into work tomorrow, I will post a
diff of the two, so you may see the changes.

The changes made reflected information provided by MS and other parties
(Russ Cooper). A notable change was to expand the scope from a
misconfiguration issue to one that included web authoring, which is
something I do not have experience with, so I did not realize.
